"Has a HORRIBLE delivery service!! This is the 3rd time this has happened now... I ordered they say they delivered and that it was never delivered. The Hauppauge Panera's service and the way the managers are just simply the worst! I had to wait so long to get a call back because they couldn't figure out what happened to the order and then they say nothing much we could do, you can place the order again and you will get a refund in 5-7 days. Disgusting customer service!!!"
