"Sorry..Service seemed slow. I was in a long line; I waited my turn & was disappointed that I had to wait 15 mins more before they could serve me a chicken sandwich. Because they were only doing bkfst. I stopped in just because of who they were!! So, I left the store without purchase because I had waited long enough and had an appt ti get to so I couldn't waste anymore time. The atmosphere was uptight because people were tired of waiting & unfriendly."

"No management whatsoever. Decided on Chic-fil-a since typically they are quick. This was a nightmare. All high school kids, which seemed like they didn’t understand that work isn’t supposed to be a social event. One kid was working the register and kept turning to talk and dap it up with the other three guys out front who weren’t doing anything. All we ordered was a drink and fries. Should be the quickest turnaround on the menu as fries are part of almost every order. Instead it took almost 15 mins. Two kids from the back also came out and made their owns meals including fries while we were waiting. Someone said all chic-fil-a’s along route 87 are like this. I sure hope not. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chic-fil-a."

"Located only on the northbound side of the thruway 87, at the rest stop. It's a pretty new facility so everything is pretty clean. The only thing I would complain about is how slow the line moves every time I've been there...its really the only fast food joint there that there is a line to wait on. The quality of the food seemed fine and correctness of my order was good."

"We had the pleasure of working with Jasmine, she was so kind and had a smile on her face the entire transaction. I've frequented MANY Chick-Fil-A and I'm very impressed this location was able to keep the expectations as those "down south". I will however say, I feel the size if the chicken has definitely "shrunk" but that's a supplier issue. Otherwise, 100% satisfied and will come back."

"Their is nothing more I hate than Karen's and people who are rude to food service workers as I was at one point one myself. What is frustrating is when I politely ask for my order to be corrected and the workers give me an attitude for doing their job. I understand people have bad days and are stressed but projecting that energy to back to me when I was very polite was really disappointing coming from chic FIL a. All I ordered was a combo meal, another side of large fries and a brownie. They forgot my order and I was only given the one side of fries instead of 2 without any napkins and random mixed sauces when I asked just for chic fil a sauce. Cool, I'll just go and ask them for it to be fixed, no big deal. Unfortunately they look at my receipt and said I was only given one fries and looked at me like I was a stingy customer. I didn't even argue with them, raise my voice or give any faces/attitude. To top it off the other tall black lady with a tattoo on her neck gives me the order of fries in a mocking way by being really extra putting the fries in the bag like a gift then grabbing the fries from my hand and putting it inside as well (she did it in a mocking way as if I was a pampered princess).. despite it, I say thanks and she just ignores me and walks away. I just wanted to get what I paid for, eat and go to work.. not deal with them being rude when I was being nice to them.."
