I wish I could remember all their names as I would like to thank them all once again. I had very little wait time upon arrival and the whole registration process and pre-op setups went smoothly and quickly. A huge shoutout to Dr. Horne, who performed the surgeries!"

"From the second I walked in to the time I left. Everyone from being checked in to the pre and post op nurses, to the anesthesiologist, and of course my surgeon Dr Jang and his team were kind, professional understanding! No one wants to have surgery but if you do this is the place to go! Over 2 hour ride for me but way worth it. Thank you everyone!"

"The surgeon was great and so were the nurses. But the front desk was unprofessional. I brought my son here for a simple surgery and sat for hours after showing up early for his appointment. Someone before us showed up late so they bumped people up and back because if this. No one relayed any information to us as to why we hadn’t been brought back yet. People came and left while we still waited. Turned out that we ended up being bumped to the very last surgery. They close at 4:30pm and the front desk personnel came out at 4:29pm and told myself and another gentleman waiting that they were leaving and if we had to go outside for anything we couldn’t get back in because the door would be locked from the outside. I don’t think they should be allowed to leave til the last patient is gone for the day. Not to mention maybe telling us before they were locking up that we had an opportunity to run to our vehicle if we needed anything."
