"I like to start off this by letting all viewers know that I am not at all car savvy. I went to AutoZone to replace my front headlight, change my battery for my key, and also inquire about a bike rack. Upon arrival I was told that AutoZone does not change the lights, nor do they change the battery for keys. I then asked if they carried the lightbublb that I needed. They gave me the incorrect bulb number. Another associate by the name of Luciano stepped in to help and offered to change my light for me. Right before I left, I asked again about the battery and Luciano was quick to help me again. Luciano has single handedly made this entire experience better. I'm not sure if Luciano is a manager or not, but with service and attention to detail like he has shown, is definitely worthy of the conversation at the very least!"
"Great store! Justin is very knowledgeable and always helpful . My husband and I always shop here."
"Everytime I visit this place, the gloomy workers makes me feel bad. I’m not saying that workers should always smile and make customers happy. But at least they should not upset the customers. I don’t think throwing the broom with annoyed looking right in front of customers that waiting for pay is appropriate behavior."
"Not sure if other locations are the same but this Autozone location in Flushing is unpleasant. Will not name workers or say if they still work there but when I do go there, seems to be a lack of help generally speaking. Honestly, seems like customer satisfaction is their least concern. I'm writing this after multiple visits to this store for various reasons. Needed a light bulb they had in stock but wasn't sure at the time if the type of bulb was correct for my fog lights. Upon visiting Autozone, lady behind counter could not locate my make and model of car but when she finally did, advised that she did not have any in stock. Kindly pointed to her the one hanging nearby and simple told me, in a sarcastic tone, to purchase at my own risk. I understand the computer database didn't let her know what type of bulb, H11, is needed for my fog lights on Scion tC 2015 but she absolutely refused to look further. I asked nicely if she could help just take a quick look with me and understand completely that it isn't mandatory to go above and beyond but she seriously just wanted to shoo me away. Another customer was kind enough to help me with some questions at least. The next bad experience was when I just wanted to pay for my item, ScratchX I believe, and was next in line. As soon as the first paying customer was done and my turn was next, the person at the counter ignored my presence on line and began to converse with her peers. I was stunned as the store was literally empty. Decided not to say anything and waited a couple of minutes until one of the employees slowly walked up to me and was kind enough to ring me up. Felt like they were doing me a favor just to ring me up. Very disappointed with their customer service and remember a time when the customers were treated with respect and kindness. If this Autozone has an item in stock, do not expect them to help you find it, answer any questions knowledgeably or even treat you with respect as a paying customer. If they do assist nicely, seriously good on them but for those that don't I'd say it's normal protocol for this store."
"5 start for this store, got here this morning the store manager tested my car’s battery and told me it’s bad, however it’s still in warranty, their staff Johnson helped me changed it. Love this store and thank you all you guys."
