Domino's Pizza

"I ordered from this location. I don't know if it's bad management, etc. But lately the service has been horrible. Once when I ordered, the pizza took over an hour to come, and they brought the wrong pizza. We called the location, and the woman who picks up the phone plays dumb when there's an issue. I even purchased extra garlic sauces, etc., only to have things missing from this order. When I called, I was told some roundabout story of getting a credit, after the lady who picked up the phone, per usual, kept going in circles with me. They DON'T pay attention, mess up orders, and then you get no recourse. Literally, I lost money by not getting ALL of my items, and then there is no recourse. Never again. I am done with Dominos and am cutting off my online account."

"RECENTLY , Domino's at this location has been pretty good . The food has been good , the customer service is good . Maybe they changed the management ? Who knows . I’ve been using the app and have ordered several times with serval different orders , each one was to my liking ."

"Better to order online than walk in. Told cashier 3 times double sausage, so why did I get "double sauce" and NO sausage? He was too busy having his side conversation with cooks in back."

"ima start off by saying how disrespectful the young Spanish female is to people today is Sunday the 27 the time I stood their waiting for my food I saw nothing but hanging out and the female saying I can’t do this guys helping her while they need to be working on food my bacon chicken bites was so burned looks like when you scrap off the burned stuff from a grill my pizza was so disgusting was not even fully cooked problem is placed like domino’s are hiring these young kids to cook food and all they are doing is taking their mouths when they should be making sure food is fine right so disappointed with domino’s I’m for given kids chances but maybe THIER should be training done all over again here I’m just saying I’m always getting domino’s will definitely never come back here ever again this place is horrible now I’ll have to go get me some things els to eat"

"Ordered two pizzas and when delivered (driver was very nice) they were so dry and overcooked that the cheese was flattened to the thin crust bottom with no stretch or give at all. Absolutely no moisture left in them and the sauce - which I asked for extra - was such a thin smearing. Called to have them replaced and the man said “I can give you one.” I kindly explained that I ordered two and that both were unfortunately very dry and lacking and he cut me off saying, “ok ok ok, you don’t need to beg for the pizza, I’ll give you two.” Then he hung up on me! Outrageous behavior; so rude! I’ve had other issues with this location in the past with orders being wrong, taking hours to arrive, and even not arriving at all. I’m done with this store. The photo attached doesn’t even begin to show how dry and lacking in sauce the pizzas are."
