"Usually do go work, but too long a wait, 2hrs n more for an oil change. My last visit the engine oil reader Not reset. Drove me crazy reader said 20% oil. Had to go bk for the reset."

"I'm a mechanic, and I hope you don't try to call them cause you won't get an answer. I've called them multiple times on multiple occasions and not once did I get someone anyone to answer the phone(The phone director doesn't count) as soon as I get transferred to the parts line it rings and goes to voice mail. Now I understand places being short staffed or busy but for this to happen consistently is crazy. I would love to tell you about the part quality, how friendly the staff is or even delivery times (for commercial accounts) but they can't even say "hello honda parts please hold". Therefore because of this I'm never going to call there again forget about showing up in person this already leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Honestly if I could give the place 0 stars I would."
