"Definitely worth the walk for me today. Wish I’d taken my walking pole though. Well formed path. Benches at key places. Well sign posted. Porta-loo at start of the track. Significant water flow though jumping or wading across was possible for the agile. There’s a geocache on the far side, but I chose not to cross. Cooling off in the water is possible so west swimming gear if you want. Lovely forest walk, under tree cover the whole way. A few damp spots so think twice after a heavy rain. Could be slippery. I parked at Valle Crucis Conf Centre."
