Ruby Restaurant & Bar

"Was in town for work and stayed at the hotel across the street and wanted something within walking distance. Ruby’s looked good so my counterpart and I decided to give it a try. “Ruby” (not sure if that’s her name) the owner greeted us with a smile as we entered and seated us immediately. We tried the Tuna Poke Nachos first… they were delicious and refreshingly light but also hearty. Also got the wings with the Vietnamese sauce…excellent again with a great smoky/grilled taste. My buddy and I both got the burger for our meal, another fantastic choice. Very flavorful and cooked perfectly. We are guys and we eat a lot of burgers and as my buddy said “this is the best burger I ever had”. Throughout the meal we had great interactions with Ruby so we decided to go to the well stocked bar for a couple drinks after our meal. Hung out with “Ruby” and learned her story while her and her son worked to serve the other customers. Great family owned business with a creative menu cooked to perfection."

We were a party of 22 and came in unexpectedly on a weekday, which made them short staffed to take care of a large party, so they had someone come in extra to help take care of us. The food was delicious and the owner and servers were great and very friendly. We had a great time and definitely recommend."

"Went during Happy Hour, and it was so enjoyable! The prices were even better! Called a couple of friends to join us at the last minute. Chile is such a great bartender, and we met the owner too. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Got the poke nachos, yucca fries and the wings. So delish! And the bartender even got creative on the drinks. Might be out new hang out spot!"
