Reviews
"The decor is appealing & clean. All the dishes came out beautiful & appetizing. The food is flavorful and we'll prepared. You must try one of the deserts which are all made there. The only draw back is the service only speaks elegant Spanish. But the non-speaking patrons just pointed at what they wanted on the menu. This restaurant reminds me of my travels south and eating at one of the finest restaurants in Colombia. Definitely a place for a date, or to bring friends. This restaurant is on my top ten in Middletown, NY."
"Very good food, the place look great. My first time eating Colombian food. Nice I will came back for sure."
"Where in the Hudson Valley is Barbara Martinez?Bambuco NY 240 Wickham Avenue Middletown Did you know we have a new Columbian Restaurant in Middletown? Its located on 211 across from Salvation Army. If you are driving down 211 you might miss it on the right because their windows are covered with white signage so it gives the impression that they are closed but they are actually open for business. Its really cute inside, plenty of seating with modern colorful decor and spanish music playing in the background. The staff is very friendly. The menu has a lot of great dishes to try. We had the Traditional columbian Paisa dish and the Arroz con Pollo. Huge portions, flavorful but make sure to leave room for dessert. Tres Leche, Flancocho and other columbian treats like Pan Bono. Im Puerto Rican so a lot of what they have Ive never heard of. I felt brand new trying to translate to my brain some of their items but they all looked delicious. They also have coffee. Overall a great spot for latin food. Enioy! Buen Provecho."
"Make room for all the food. It was good! The mango shake was delicious too. You might have to fast after you are done with this meal. Lol! It's worth it. Keep in mind if you do not like homemade sauce ask to put it on the side. I hope they do well. Much success to you."
