"Rated 4/5 because it’s a Dunkin, not a boutique Espresso Palace. That being said, they have WiFi, they have coffee, and they have public bathrooms. What’s not to love? A perfect pit stop to relax in for a while."

"Worst dunkin donuts. Everytime I have ordered food from drive thru here, they manage to ruin something. I got sausage egg and cheese on a croissant today, they didn’t include the sausage. I asked for it to be cut in half, the didnt do it. STOP MESSING UP PEOPLES ORDERS!!! The staff are a bunch of idiots with dumb looks on their faces when you tell them they didn’t do something correctly. Horrible."

"Every time I get a coffee or iced beverage. The flavor is odd. The lemonade had a spicy taste to it, perhaps a cross contamination from a previous drink mixed in ? The coffee has a strange taste to it as well. Always give the benefit of the doubt and another chance. But each time. Something just tastes, off."

"Ordered a hummus toast and came to the window. There was an indian woman. (I swear they’re taking over all of the Dunkin’ donuts)Every exchange was her saying that she’d normally charge more. Even for adding more flavor to drink. I ask her for ketchup and she gives me 1 packet for a sandwich. I requested for more. I drive off and notice that there were no napkins. Like are you serious??? How stingy can you be. I don’t even think she’s the owner but she acted so cheap. I didn’t get her name but she needs to learn customer service skills. These people need to be retrained how to talk and provide for their customers, not act like thugs."
