"I ordered over $1k in parts last week, first email received stated I owed $50 more for parts as the price has changed and his online pricing was out of date, ok no worries sent money after several emails asking how to pay. Parts are shipped in 3 different orders which is ok as I understand some may come direct from manufacturer. As of this writing of the review I’ve only received one item and it is the wrong part for another vehicle. No big deal, contacted them and was told they will fix but I need to send part back on my own dime and will be refunded once returned. I am not comfortable with this as it’s not my mistake and asked for prepaid postage. Roumaine is who I’m corresponding with and upon his answers I then explained just to refund me as their customer service is terrible. He has responded to my emails but is smug and feels I should do it his way instead of the proper way. I’m not sure about others but I do not feel coming out of pocket and then hoping to be refunded is a very safe and easy way for the consumer to be handling things, especially since it wasn’t my mistake. Let me be clear, Roumaine has offered to fix the issue but his personal way of doing business and how he has verbally talked to me in emails is not the way consumers should be treated. I personally will never do business with them again, there are so many other companies offering the same products that will handle mistakes appropriately and are customer service minded."
