""Unfortunately, I've had a consistently disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The store is consistently dirty, and on two separate occasions, I've been served food with hair in it. When I returned to request a refund, I was met with resistance and told that a refund wouldn't be provided. While I've tried to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt in the past, I can no longer recommend it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the repeated issues with the quality of the food are unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons.""

"Very uncomfortable environment. Maybe because I asked to correct my order when prepared incorrectly. No warm costumer service skills."

"Picked up my mobile order this morning at about 6:30 am. The lady at the drive thru window was very rude and gave me a very dirty look, not sure why. Anyways, add to that, the coffee had no milk or sugar when I added it to my order. Besides, it tasted like water. I don't mind when I'm paying like $2 for a coffee , but c'mon, I bought 2 coffees for $10 and this is what I got. Definitely, this was my last order at Starbucks."

"Working on a final paper and decided to come to this new location to get some work done. The music was a little loud but I brought headphones to maintain focus. Inside is quite spacious and seating was distant enough to feel like you had room to breathe but still close enough to communicate with someone at the next table. Bathroom was clean and as well as the rest of the store. There is outdoor seating that’s enclosed for when the weather gets nicer as well. The menu is the full Starbucks menu for the most part and while they didn’t have any feta and spinach wraps they did have the bites and pretty much everything else in stock. I can’t speak for the other reviews but I think this location accomplishes what it set out to do and it’s easy to get to."
