"I've been a member of this Bank for going on 15 years. In The Last 5 Years under a new bank manager. I have been cussed at Fest at called at home and generally made to look like a fool by her. I'm not going to mention her name, but it's the Newton location. I will stay with members but I will be moving my money to Hickory. I'm not dealing with that witch anymore! Tony Johnson. Looks to me like there have had about seven or eight people in a row that have had unsatisfactory experiences. As with most banks, they seemed to be short with help. Which is common with most places of business in the Carolinas. I do like the fact. That the Newton branch is close to my home. The employees at the Newton branch. Are usually kind and courteous ."

"I had to give one star just to post this comment. I wouldn't give this place not one if I could. I usually go to the ATM instead of to the credit union in Newton because it always takes sooo long because there is normally only two tellers in there on a Friday!!! Why? On a Friday? I know it's a small town, but they have a lot of customers. Please hire more tellers who work all day on Friday."
