"100% will judge you before you even get to the counter! Wouldn’t cash a check because I endorsed it but was only after taking it to the back. Said they couldn’t check if it was previously deposited lol when they can actually verify it with the bank. So on top of being very judgmental they lie to you to make it seem like they couldn’t do anything. When asked about the the verification process she again lied saying they couldn’t tell if it was even good. I asked if they would call the bank and she said it don’t work that way. Extremely bad service"

"I’m not even going to get into the entire situation. Bottom line is they will lie to get you pay more money. And their district manager and legal department will just tell you “tough but don’t talk about our company. We are great”. They’re thieves who prey on the poor or low income. Their district, Tonya, basically said it’s totally fine for her employees to lie and get you to go to court and it’s only a small offense so screw your money. They’re trash human beings and honestly, I pray for the day these places get their due by tennessee shutting them all down. They’re thieves."

"Sign says they cash all checks. False advertising as they say their sign says restrictions apply. I'd suggest they actually put that on their sign so people don't waste time going in there no reason. Not to mention the 2 employees were more concerned about eating instead of helping a customer. Cash Express I've been to the one in dandridge and Jeff city no problems at all. This one in seymour in my opinion don't waste your time."
