"Prostate removal is not an easy surgery to go through for any man. The next step is pelvic rehab that men don’t think about needing. You need this therapy more than you think you do. There are exercises to help get dry. The therapist listen and understand. They are not embarrassed by your condition and are there to help improve you. Once a week or every other week is about normal.in office then do your work at home."
