"I ordered hot chocolate without milk and I got it with whipped cream… when I showed the cashier she told me in a rude manner “ We can’t make without milk” I said why didn’t you tell me when I ordered because I just had it in Starbucks Battery Park few days ago and she responded me “I didn’t hear you said without milk” @managers of this store kindly train your employees properly… it happened Feb 10,2024 at 8:03pm ."
"First time going to this Starbucks location and it was a very pleasant experience. Jocelyn the barista who took my order was very welcoming and very friendly. She made the whole experience a lot more memorable and this might become my favorite Starbucks around with the customer service and the atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend especially the drink the barista serviced me."
"I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, usually through the drive-thru and I’ve always had a positive experience. I’ve also been in the middle of a pay it forward which was such a cool way to start the day. Everyone here is very friendly and efficient! My drink is always made to perfection."
"Great store. Excellent service. Prices are the same as any other Starbucks - really depends on what you get and how much of it. The store is a nice sit in store to work, catch up with some friends, hang out, etc. There’s a drive thru option available too. Parking is available right there, so no need to look for parking."
