"Chaotic, slow, poor customer service, dismissive of customers, when you ask for an update. They were so behind on putting the food out they had cars moved to the side of the drive through. We eventually went inside to get our food from the drive through and the staff seemed chaotic, the store was a mess"

"It's the customer service at this McDonald's that makes it stand out. I'll go out of my way to take friends there just to experience the service. It's like Alice falling through a fast-food looking glass into an alternate world, especially when they realize that they're still in the Bronx in New York City."

"This was the cleanest McD I've ever been to. I ordered from a kiosk with number 42 as my dine in number. The food order was brought out to me. The server was really cordial. I needed, and without looking, I hadn't noticed one on the tray. Thank you for making me feel at peace with ordering. Best customer service."

"Just waited 20 mins for a double cheeseburger, that's it that was my whole order. Unacceptable. Not even exaggerating. I noticed a bunch of new hires and was hoping that meant service would improve but no, it's gone backwards. There are some workers who are wonderful but some of these new hires, I'm not even sure if they fully comprehend english. Also gave atmosphere 1 star because it's become a haven for homeless people, and everytime I'm there I always see them fill up their bottles or containers from the drink machine and no one tells them anything. Can't be too hygienic."

"Terrible experience. For one they don’t give you good quality when you order drinks. I ordered a slushy as shown in the first picture and they gave me the slushy half way filled and that is not what I payed for, especially considering that I got the slushy in a medium size and they should fill it to the top of the cup. Likewise this place is very slow, I came in with a complaint about the slushy and I told one of the workers and he stood there for more than one minute not giving me a full cup slushy, eventually I had to tell another worker. Lastly the Big Mac that I ordered as seen in the photo didn’t come with enough lettuce and Sauce. Don’t recommend this place, the workers are rude as well."
