They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took in examining my bike. The mechanic who worked on my bike was clearly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, and had my bike back up and running in no time. The quality of the work was exceptional, and I left feeling confident that my bike was in great hands. Upon picking up my bike, they didn't even charge me labor as it only took them 15 mintues to install the new speedometer.
