"Never in my life have I needed an appointment for a flu shot at CVS — they even have a sign out on the counter about same day flu vaccines. I was rudely turned away with the commentary that they didn’t even know why that sign was out … um, how about because it’s the store policy that you don’t need an appointment? There was no one in line, they were too busy filling orders and just didn’t want to do their job. Bad management and stupid to turn people away."
