"Very unprofessional and rude . I was approved for a loan in their website , so I called them and first of all the one I dealt with answered the phone like she didn't like her job . Then we started talking about the loan and she starts talking about my car as collateral and I said no I didn't wanna do that , so in a very rude tone she says well then I'll withdraw your application because thats the only way . Instead of working with me and maybe we could work out less of a loan without using my car .There is no need in saying names she knows who she is, but wouldn't recommend this place ."

The approval process does however require you to speak to a store representative and I did not have the best experience with this interaction. She was robotically professional and showed no interest in doing business with me. That was the only reason I chose not to complete my loan here."
