"The girl who served me was a Venezuelan and every time she serves me something is missing from my order, she never asks the customer something simple like "are you going to eat here or take it away"? does not give out napkins or straws. I see she is the only one does that. She needs more experience as a customer service. By the way im not racist, but it is what it is."

"Even for a McDonald's the service was unorganized, confusing, and slow (1 line for 2 registers). I saw two managers taking "cup inventory" while at least 12 people were waiting online. One of the soda machines was out of order and a few of the tables hadn't been cleaned. It seems the prices are getting higher while the food quality and service is going down. I will admit that it was a little busier than usual because it was almost 90 degrees on a Saturday."
