"This location used to be excellent. The last few months the service has slowly gone downhill. I use the app and there have been a few hiccups. It happens and they were minor. However, today when my husband went to pick up an order for me, they claimed that I did not order from them. When he showed them the receipt on his phone, they found the order receipt in their garbage, unfulfilled.... They made up the order and apologized. However when he walked out he realized that they didn't complete the entire order. He went back to the counter and had to prompt them to finish fulfilling the order. Because this is not the first time is why I made a decision to write a review. It's a shame because there were very few customers in the store, he said none when he arrived, and two teenagers near the end of the debacle. It is not a high traffic area, this is something they should have been able to handle. I hope their service gets better so this Dunkin' Donuts can be successful and remain open."

"The lady who works in the morning needs to do a better job with her sanitary practices. I have witnessed her wipe her nose with her hand and proceed to open a bag and put customers food in the bag without washing her hands. I will never go there again."

"I arrived tonight at 8:45. Two young employees (I have their pictures) were in the store and the door was already locked. They refused to let me in even though I motioned to them by pointing to my wrist that it was not yet closing time."
