"I can't speak for the total business but Heather the manager of the office in Morganton is the most unprofessional inconsiderate woman I've ever met she utterly intentionally purposely wasted my time and cost me money I was attempting to get a loan she needed paperwork that I did not have instead of telling me that she could not help me she intentionally made me drive 60 miles and when I got to the office she said I'm sorry this paperwork that you have won't do she could have told me that on the phone but she didn't and she knew that I didn't have the proper paperwork so therefore Heather at One main financial in Morganton is very very unprofessional and I would not recommend her helping anyone"
