"The manager and the employee working with her had nasty attitudes towards customers, and the Uber eats pick up people. There’s a bum sleeping in one of the back seats, taking at least four seats and you can’t tell them nothing because they replied to you and walk away like if there was not talking to human being. I came out with my attitude because nobody is going to talk to me no types of ways. That McDonald’s went down the drain. The manager and register lady started talking about me in Spanish like I’m not Hispanic as well, why because I’m dark skinned like them smh. Her mouth dropped when I started talking right back in Spanish too! Me living in the neighborhood for 15 years I never got a treatment like that! Never going back there and I’m making sure that my neighbors, my kids and there friends stop going to that ghetto place! I will walk a little more and stick to the McDonald’s by Morrison and soundview moving forward. I feel all types of ways it’s say they just hire anyone to work now a days and don’t care about customers ."

"I was in the area and decided to eat here. I was quite impressed with their indoors. It was clean and well maintained. You have the option to place your order at their digital self-order kiosks. You select payment type and proceed to counter with a receipt to pick up your order. I like the all day breakfast menu. I waited long for my order. My order was partially wrong; I didn't order cheeseburgers!! The manager was very courteous. She fixed my order without issues, but had to wait a long time. Location is close to transportation buses Bx36, Bx39, Q44 and Parkchester station train 6."
