"Ordered a medium, oat milk, caramel latte, and this is what I got. There was no caramel, and my drink was not even complete. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order but being that it’s conveniently located right next to the metro north it makes it easier to grab a cup of coffee but if you don’t make the order right, there’s no point. This wasent even a latte it taste like hot coffee that they poured oatmilk into. If you need better coffee, there is a Dunkin’ Donuts located on 233rd and white plains road that gets your order right everytime!"
