"This McDonald’s is very busy at about 3pm. If you have young children be mindful that NRHS is next door, as well as IONA University and the influx of kids at that time can be overwhelming. However, they keep the place clean and the food is hot, especially bc of the constant turnover."

"I've been coming to this location for years. It has a big parking lot. The service is always very good. They have many people, mostly adults working. It's located across from Iona University. The staff works very hard. They take pride in their work and keep this location very clean."

"I recently visited this McDonald's and was shock when I notice a lack in proper staff hygiene practices. I observed a disregard in (PPE) personal protective equipment, serveral employee including managers were not wearing gloves while handling food. This raises my concern on possibilities of cross-contamination and transmission of germs. My disappointment escalated when I discovered a hair in my food, this overall experience was unappetizing and pointed towards inadequate cleanliness standards in the food preparation area."

"Very clean looking and pleasant to the eye. Gets pretty loud during after school, but is mostly calm. Wait times are a bit longer during after school as well."

"Where do I begin. This location hasn’t had ice in any of its machines in months. So be prepared to drink warm soda. The service is terrible. The girls are nasty. Your order is always wrong. The bathrooms are always locked and there’s never anyone available to open them. This is a prime location near a university and a high school. This is the usual stop coming from sporting events for us and it has become inedible."
