"Ordered a large matcha latte - gave me a small one. Being an introvert i didnt want to fight with them on this but how the hell is this a large one?"

"Lately my coffee tastes like it has bean watered down so much I could not drink it. Took 3 sips and threw it away."

"This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. No matter what I order, nothing is ever right or hood ! From still FROZEN hash browns, to burnt tasting tea, refresher, bacon barely cooked with a ton of fat. Chocolate sprinkled donut with literally ONE single sprinkle. Everything I get is disgusting here ! Not to mention the TWO times I had black mold in my ice, that I didn’t notice til I drank half of my drink. I had to report that for the manager to get them to clean out their ice box ! There’s a Dunkin down the road at 646 north ave if you want quality food and drinks that aren’t disgusting, burnt or uncooked ! 11/6 ordered a iced chai with LESS ice Does this look like less ice to you ?!"

"I came into the store, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. 7~ minutes later, the employees looking at me, and ask “you good”. I say I’m waiting. Another 5 minutes go by, and we ask what’s taking so long. They look at us and say that we should have told them that we were waiting for our order. Even though I showed them receipt, it was our fault apparently. I have came here many times, the employees have not disappointed by just been unpleasant."

"Went there this morning ordered dozen donuts for a customer and a latte. Donuts do not look fresh, I did not get a thank you when i made purchase and no thank you when I got my coffee. Rude"
