"Went inside this Dunkin for the first time because the one on Jerome is closed for renovations. Do not come in here expecting friendly service!! First of all I came in there was NO ONE at the register and I had to wait almost five minutes for an employee to come out and take my order. Then, this dark skinned skinny lady with a stink face took my order and didn’t even greet me, even after I told her good morning. Did not say a word. Then when she gave me my coffee it was like if she threw it at me and it was all leaking. I opened it and it was overfilled and had to dump some out in the trash. The coffee was okay but this Dunkin seriously needs a better morning crew"
"This is one of those quick stop and go dunkin donuts. There really isn't anywhere to sit and enjoy your purchased product. Not only is it a tight dunkin (limited space), but I have encountered more than one upset employee. It seems like they also feel the affects of the small space to work. This is just a quick stop, pick up, and run type of dunkin. There's nothing worse than dealing with disgruntled employees. I stop here only when I am in a rush and can not make it to the bigger locations, just blocks away."
"This place is horrible. Wish I can give zero stars. I went there to get a coffee this morning. First of all, the cashier which was the tall Dominican lady had a horrible attitude. When she gave me the coffee the top had dirt on it with hair. I showed her and asked her to change it and when she gave me another cup it was disgusting. I then proceeded to ask her to change it again and she had the audacity to tell me "this is my third time changing it don't ask me no more" This woman was so rude and unprofessional. I had no choice but to rip her a new a$$hole and let her know about herself. I also was told by another person that she always has an attitude. I will NEVER go back there again."
