"This Dunkin Donur is Horrible. Five times I went there for a cup of coffee and the service is extremely bad the Indian lady serving in there is rude and have no customer service training. Few times I went in there she's rud, I kept making excuses to myself, mayb she had a bad night then this morning I walked in for a cup of, she had her back and doing something while talking on the phone and never mind if she can help or take my order,? I stood for two minutes waiting for her while she chatted in her language in the phone. Fron now on, I'm going to Starbucks, get what you pay fo, though I love DD coffee, servic is important to me"

"One of my favorite Dunkin locations. Staff there is great. Ordered my Matcha Latte Iced. The staff asked if I wanted sugar. I ordered Donuts for my family. They were carefully placed in the box and the donuts are always fresh. The staff put the donuts on a Dunkin bag for me. The staff cooking the food was great. The staff bagged the avocado toast in a separate bag. The other breakfast items I ordered were 6 piece hash brown, snacking bacon, and two piece omelette bites egg white veggie. The food was great. Staff told me to have a great weekend and I told them to have a great weekend. Highly recommend."
