"It’s 4:20 in the morning, I’m still sitting outside waiting for whatever employee that’s in there to stop blasting the music or tv that’s so loud that he can’t hear me knocking on the window. Even though there is a sign on the door saying they’re open for window service. This is always happening and it’s annoying. Hire better employees"

"I called this store & tried to reach the manager several times regarding one of the employees named "Lucky" if im not wrong, she is very rude, racist & mannerless human i have seen ever. Today i went to pick up my online order & there was only myself present at that counter, she saw me but keep my order in such a distance that i can't reach and i had to ask help of another employee. I told that employee regarding this employee behavior and she responded nothing. Im trying to do survey online about today's behavior but system is showing invalid code. Don't know how to reach the manager or upper management regarding her racist mannerless behavior!"

"THIS STORE WILL ROB YOU. I placed an order on the mobile app. They didn’t have the product or any replacements that were even remotely similar. Fine. I asked for a refund. They said they can’t. They kept saying it had to be canceled in the app but in the app there is no option to cancel. Told me i need to call a number but couldn’t provide the phone number. “Because it’s in the app”. I asked them to show me where this number is AND THEY COULDNT PROVIDE IT. This store will rob you of your money. Stay far away."

"I am a regular here, but for the last year I’ve noticed the quality of the coffee has changed and the service is very slow. One of the employees I believe her name is lucky, she is really rude and she will leave you in the line until she decides to to ring the anyone up. This location has no seating available might I add and they’re homeless people sleeping on the floor."
