"This is my third encounter at this starbucks. I live in the bronxville area and what a joy it would’ve been to have a coffee shop that tailors for the people. Do not come here if you’re looking for service. They forget sleeves, recipes, incorrectly make orders, and do not group their online orders and let you fend for yourself to find them. This is a constant practice they do on the weekends knowing their manager is not there. Spend the extra 5 minutes waiting at slave to the grind, or driving to tuckahoe location.
