"If anyone else did not know, this pharmacy does have a ship to home option which I have been using to avoid standing in lines around a half an hour for a 3 minute pickup and payment procedure each time. The shipping option is nice to do to avoid any sort of crowds during the pandemic and for me, the shipping is FREE which is awesome! It arrives in 2-3 business days afterwards too, so not long of a wait at all. All you have to do is call them and request for it to be shipped which is so much more convenient as it does not take them long to answer each time it seems and is quickly taken care of. They can even save your payment option in their system. The shipping option has saved this pharmacy as far as I am concerned. They seem to be over-burdened in person but are still professional and have nice personalities. The shipping option will just save you time, in the end and I have a feeling that they themselves would appreciate more people using this. I am surprised that this isn't being advertised more often, if it is at all. A++ for offering this option! I hope they do not get rid of it."

"No one will answer the phone so that I can confirm that my prescription has been filled. This is not the first time this has happened. I just moved to Wake Forest, and used the Holly Springs Walmart before moving here. They were wonderful! But this place has the worst customer service. I never get the text messages confirming my prescription is ready like I used to in HS. And I’ve made sure I am enrolled in text messaging. I don’t understand the lack of customer service at this place. I am transferring all my prescriptions to Target today. I’m tired of calling to talk to someone, and there’s no answer. I’ve never had this happen at a pharmacy before. Do not get your prescriptions filled here."
