"I have been trying to get a refund on two copays for meds that my husband got through biologics, because we have a copay card. I have called ten times and it has been almost two months and they still have not issued me a refund. Whenever I call, they always say there is no direct line to the finance department, so I can never talk to someone who actually has the power to refund me my money. The representatives I talk to continue to send emails to the finance department and tell me I should get a call back from them, but no one ever calls. I am so beyond frustrated with this ridiculous company. I want my $350 back, and they will still get their money for prescriptions from the copay card. Do not use this company if you don’t have to!"
"If you can, stay away from this pharmacy! I was switched to Biologics in Nov. 2022 from OptumX. I had never had a problem receiving life-sustaining cancer medication until Biologics entered the picture. I received my first monthly meds on 11/7/22, then the second on 12/23/22, and now the third (it is 01/31/23) is not showing up and they are blaming the insurance co. No problem ever before! You see how the time between scripts gets longer and longer. I don't know who Biologics is beholden to, but it is not the patient."
"As a former employee, reading others reviews are disheartening but unfortunately not surprising. As someone who went above and beyond for patients, my daily goal was to alleviate the issues our patients would encounter when calling in regards to their prescriptions. From an employment perspective, I must also share that I do not recommend working for this company through temp entry. Though I at one point highly recommended the company and was prepared to refer others, after being wrongfully terminated, respectfully—“NAH”."
"This Pharmacy used to be good. They are now incompetent and has proven to not handle customer/patient concerns. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks now regarding a prescription that was not processed on time and they felt the need to blame a co pay assistance pharmacy as to why my cancer medication was delayed. As I investigated and had Biologics and the other pharmacy on a merged call to find out who actually was to blame, turned out Biologics was the reason for it being delayed all along. I spoke with countless Supervisors and their assistants and all I received was a run around. (We will call you back today, we will get you the letter you’re requesting, or we will get you an invoice showing you didn’t receive your medication last month, etc.. one lie after the next!!!)I requested a simple letter to state why it was delayed so that I can submit to my Aflac for claim reimbursement to pay for my medications and they for the life of me can’t figure out how to email a simple explanation of why it was delayed. I definitely will be taking this further up until I get resolution and hopefully a new Pharmacy in the process. And by the way, this is the second time this has happened!!"
"I was diagnosed with stage 4C cancer 3 years ago. My Oncologist prescribed a chemo that only Biologics Pharmacy can provide. Their service started off great, they would send me a text every month to remind me it was getting close to the time to refill my prescription, however that service doesn't appear to be available anymore. Its been about 2 years since Biologics has text me as a reminder. One of the side effects is memory loss so it times i have forgotten to refill my chemo on time. Whenever I call Biologics they have been helpful, so no problem there. I have had to switch insurance quite a few times because of now being disabled due to my cancer. There have been some long delays refilling my prescription, its really made me nervous because of the delays, Biologics has claimed to have had their paperwork filed on their side and that it was the insurance company that was delaying the refill. I would have given 5 stars if they continued their text reminder each month."
