"New store manager is running this place into the ground . Quality of everything has gone down hill since she started , go to the one across from Starbucks on route 9 if you want good service , not to be over charged and your drink made correctly"

"I used to come to this store often…. But lately, the staff has been extremely rude. One time, Even though I politely asked if my drink was ready for mobile order as it had been 15 mins, a red headed girl gave me the dirtiest look. She asked another associate who said no… and she never came back to rely this message. The next time, the guy at the drive thru was snotty and rude. I realized I had ordered my coffee hot not cold, and when I let him know he got REALLY annoyed. They remade it, but he was angry they had to. Never coming here again. I get it’s busy and I also work customer service, but wow. Awful service with miserable employees. Not sure who’s running it but maybe fix your employee moral."

"Have been going to this Starbucks for years as it is close to the house. There is a miserable person now working the drive thru lane and whenever my wife orders a vanilla machiatto we are greeted with pretentiousness and complications about how this drink does not exist and that there is vanilla in a caramel machiatto. This has happened many times. She continues to put caramel in my wife's drink when that is not what was ordered. Will be going to Krafted Kup from now on as the customer service is much better."

"Great coffee consistent with the typical Starbucks quality. They are also occasionally offering small amounts of coffees grown in single-origin, small central or south american farms, which can be quite a treat for coffee lovers. There is also coffee with collar (nitro brew). The service is quick and friendly. And although they’ve taken dozens of coffee orders from me and my friends, they have never messed up any! There is plenty of comfortable seating and the internet service is pretty good too, restrooms are clean. Parking spots are usually available, frequently right up front of the store, even if the plaza is busy. Otherwise there is always the drive in service window. I definitely recommend a visit, they won’t disappoint."
