"The staff was wonderful, everything is made to order, the food is fresh. I am visiting with my fiancé from out of town. I needed something for dinner and this was nearby and caught my attention. The burger was delicious and would go back for that, but the fries were not the best. They seemed a bit soggy. The seasoning did taste good though. I would still go back as one mistake does not destroy a good atmosphere."

"Finally we found us a smash burger joint! Jeff’s Burger Club was amazing last night. I got the lady killer and my husband got the piggy wiggy. Our burgers was the best we had in town. Crispy edges, juicy and fulfilling. I felt bad I had called and complained because I didn’t get a double burger it was a single. But it was perfect. They had great customer services and made sure they resolved the problem and that I was happy. My family and I done found us a new spot."

"Recently spent a weekend Winston-Salem and ate at as many local restaurants as I could. Heffs burger club was the only place we ate at twice. From the quirky and random interior and awesome music to the amazing food, the whole experience is top notch! I had Heffs Baby both times and it is so incredible! From the white American cheese to the spicy mustard, each ingredient seems gourmet. Also the crinkle fries are seasoned just perfectly. I usually eat a few fries but I ate every single fry! This is my "Best restaurant in Winston-Salem NC" and I can't wait go back."

"Heff's is in downtown Winston Salem. There is some parking on the streets nearby but plan to come with quarters for parking meters. I came about 3pm and didn't have any issues with parking. The vibe is super chill. The delicious smash burgers and fries will feed your belly as the bright and eclectic decor satisfies your eyes. I love that this establishment is inclusive and welcoming. The menu is limited but my understanding of it is that they change it up often. All I know is the two burgers I tried (one on sourdough bread) were both full of flavor and perfectly cooked! I will definitely recommend this spot to colleagues and friends."
