"What a delicious experience! I love finding and supporting restaurants that offer any types of vegetarian options, so locating an entirely plant-based eatery was a must. Their version of a BLT using tempeh & the Avocado Explosion were both bursting with flavor & fresh greens. I would deduct half a star for the bread which we both felt was underwhelming."

"Vegans, vegetarians, AND meat lovers rejoice! While it’s a vegan establishment, I can guarantee there’s something for everyone here. I was so excited by the entire menu. Between the sandwiches, salads, bowls, smoothies, and juices, I wanted to try it all. I’ll be looking forward to returning the next time I pass through town. The baked tofu sandwich was 10/10. The sturdy multigrain bread, the crunchy lettuce, creamy mayo, pesto, tofu, and roasted red peppers married perfectly. Meat folks: when vegan is done right, I promise, you won’t miss the meat. The kind gentleman behind the counter even gave me a complimentary plate of samples which included black bean salad, crispy tofu cubes, and roasted Brussels sprouts. THEY WERE ALL SO GOOD!!!! Ugh, I just loved this place. Don’t miss it!"

"I have been here several times for a lunch stop while wandering around New Paltz. The sandwiches and smoothies are great, this is a vegan heaven :) The staff is always friendly and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend if you are in the area!"
