"The pharmacy seems to barely function and cares nothing about customer service. Had a prescription called in from a doctor's office on Thursday. Arrived Sunday morning to pick it up thinking that plenty of time had passed for it to be filled. At first, I was told there was nothing for me. Then they finally found it and told me that I needed to come back in an hour to give them time to fill it. I came back in 3 hours to again be told that there was nothing for me. Finally, I was informed that they still didn't fill it because they said my insurance didn't cover that specific medication. If only there was some type of technology for them to have reached me to let me know that before I wasted yet another trip out there due to their incapability to operate a business. I'll never be back and I'll be sure to tell others to save their time and avoid this place, as well."

"I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I drive out of my way to avoid going to this location. It's embarrassing that my doctor said: "We're familiar with that location. We don't like to deal with them either. ""

"I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. At first they were friendly and helpful and on time with having scripts filled. For the last couple of years the pharmacy has gotten so busy they aren’t always respectful. The pharmacist accused me of having more pain pills than I did. She said “you better look around your house and somewhere in some drawer maybe you’ll find the missing pills”. This was said sarcastically. I took the bottle in that said 12 pills. They were telling me they had refilled 24. When they saw the btl they were quite surprised. They checked their security cameras and even had the off site security guy come in. This checking took an hour. They never really told me what happened or apologized. They did fill the script though. I’m planning to change pharmacies."

"Do Not print photo cards here with a back side . as you can see after 2 rounds of printing the back side is not centered. They said this is how it is suppose to print out but as you can see they back is not aligned. The template they printed from even looked different on their screen and had the even white boarder all around. As did my preview when ordering online. The first batch was worse and they didnt even see it before boxing it and trying to sell to me. Good thing I looked. I showed them that by holding the uncute sheet up to light, you can see it is off alignment. But they said it would take days to fix printer even though initially they said the technician was in the store.... And they said that I was the only one to have a problem. This happened 12/30/2020 Lastly, vitamins are WAY over priced. Go to Amazon, same brands almost half the price."
