"They gave someone else my order and that person took it out in the pouring rain and now my breakfast is soaking wet."
"Put milk in my coffee despite telling them I have a milk allergy. They forgot to give me my baguette with ham and swiss. I didn't even bother reminding them and just walked out. 20 minute wait and most of the staff is unfriendly. Won't be wasting my money here again, should've learned from last time."
"Made an order online, ended up being forgotten and had to wait a little extra for them to make it- which is no biggie, mistakes happen. What is more of a biggie is that my original order was not re-checked. I'm severely lactose intolerant. A Java chip frappuccino with whole milk is practically indistinguishable from one with almond milk until about 2 hours after I've finished it. I hate leaving bad reviews, but man my stomach hurts too bad rn to not be a little miffed..."
"Basic star-bucks location with large selection of drinks and some food and lots of bakery items. Since it is on a college campus it can get really busy I the 20 minutes after a class has ended, but if you know the schedule you can avoid the rush. They tend to have a lot of trains though since its a college campus so sometimes you have very inexperienced baristas who don't really know what they are doing, but mostly its fine."
"Waited over 30 minutes for my order asked the barista about it she hands us one drink and runs off while I was in the middle of explaining that I had 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get the attention of another barista to help me get the rest of my order."
