"So far so good but they are only going downhill. I have spent the last hour on the phone with Customer Service (Leonard) -who transferred me to wrong department- got the next department who said I needed to mail in something to make an adjustment case. 1) Truist deposit slip had correct Account# but somehow deposited 3 Checks into my personal checking for a business account # that wasn't even the same 2) They made 2 adjustments one for $100 and another $140, the total deposit was $370. They caught 2 of 3 when it was all the same deposit ?????? Hello 3) I called to assist them in the last adjustment case but out of 3 Truist employees none could do anything and they were clueless. Since the merger, this bank has only gone downhill. They need to vamp up their systems, employees and technology because check fraud is increasing. They need quick results and resolutions for they will be the obsolete bank compared to the Credit Card companies who now have their hands in the cookie jar for Business / Personal Checking."

"Brought my 2021 ford explorer and BBT Finance it. We cancel the warranty and Gap insurance. After 3 months I'm still trying to get my money. We recieved a check for 34 dollars. Could you please send us our check. We now have the credit union paid yall off. Now we need to pay us our money."

"These people are liars and unprofessional. I recommend recording while in the bank because footage doesn't lie. They are gonna have to answer for the footage I recorded... I was denied my money in the bank by a banker this morning for no reason at all and was threatened by security they called the cops on me and it wasn't until I showed officer footage of the incident that he let me walk away and I was advised that this was a act of discrimination"
