"This place is a complete disaster. They don’t fill prescriptions when they’re sent —I had to show up and say “yes, I would actually like to have the meds that were prescribed two weeks ago” for them to then tell me “it won’t be filled until tomorrow”—, consistently out of stock —showed up the next day to just be told “tell your doctor to send them somewhere else because we’re out of stock”, zero follow up or communication. This place is trash."

"Good customer service. Confusing prescription set up. My PCP sent a prescription. I came to pick it up 2 days later and was told it wasn’t ready bc they don’t automatically fill medicine not covered by insurance (in fact, it was mostly covered. My insurance lowered it from $75 to 25). I came back the next day after getting a ready text, it turns out they’d filled another prescription my referred doctor sent only hours before. However, my first prescription (sent 3 days before) was still not filled and not Eben in stock. I didn’t get a notice about them not filling or not having it in stock, even though I’m signed up for text notices. Anyway, the pharmacist, Ivan was really good about handling the situation. He let me know when the shipment would arrive and left a note to ensure my medicine was priced correctly."
