"Bridget was super helpful in working out a solution when Walmart was unable to fill a prescription within a couple of days - she called around to other pharmacies, found one that had the medication, and transferred the prescription there. Above and beyond and very friendly!"

"The pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met. She has a terrible attitude. My family member gets a certain medicine filled there once a month, EVERY MONTH, and they NEVER have it. It's always a partial prescription and they would not allow my family member to pick up the rest of the prescription when it came in, they told her first that she would have to forfeit what they could not fill and when we said how absolutely ridiculous that was, THEN they said they could give her the rest but she's not allowed to pick it up until she runs completely out of the medicine they filled. I don't know who these pharmacists think they are. It's like they get a little bit of control and run with it. That whole issue, caused my family member to lose her entire vacation that she has earned and worked so hard for because she can't go without that medication. We are simply disgusted with this pharmacy. And when I called the pharmacy to ask what the pharmacists name was, they refused to give me her name so I had to drive all the way there to get her name that was literally written on the wall. So if that makes me a "karen" then so be it but the prescribing doctor was in shock when we told them what happened ."

"This place NEEDS more help. It takes an act of congress to get someone on the phone. My doctor placed an order Wednesday, they did not have the 1 medication and the website stated they would call me by Friday. No phone call, had to call up there myself and let the phone ring for about 3-5 min before someone finally answered. The cashiers are all nice but they need more people as it’s effecting the way customers are treated."

"Pharmacy is completely rude and could not care anything about the patients. Working in the health acre field I have never seen a group of people that have nasty attitudes. Will never go do service with this pharamacy again!"

"Pharmacist, Ivette, is over-worked she "can't do three things at once"-Ivette. Though the cashier (Casey/Kacie , she was friendly and helpful!) was very friendly and helpful (added star). I needed a medication modified and when the office called in while I waited the pharmacist said she could not take the call and to call back later. I got back in line with the office on the phone and pharmacist stated she could not take the call but the office would have to call in directly, again. Wasted 30 minutes with the run around. Wal-Mart should hire a second pharmacist to help with the work load."
