"Went to pick up a prescription for a friend at 8:25pm on a Tuesday night. Went inside. The line was four (five possibly) people in front of me. It grew to 18 people waiting! I left at 8:55pm. The line had not moved. At all. No additional pharmacy techs, despite being present, opened another register to provide service. People in line were not wearing masks. No manager was visibly present the store."
