Mark's Pizzeria 3670 Mount Read Boulevard, Greece, NY 14616

"We've been customers at the Greece locations for years. Today I tried to order so I can pick it up on my way home but I got a busy signal. NNot once but 4 times over a 20 minute period. I confirmed I had the right number and called a 5th time, busy signal. I decided I would just go and order in store and wait for it. I told the girl I don't know if you're aware but calls are getting just a busy signal, might have a phone problem. She said, I know we are very backed up. I didn't see anyone on the phone but it was definitely busy. When she asked how long a wait it would be for a pizza and wings she was told "Tell him it's like 45 to 60 minutes". My thing is why not answer the phone and notify people you are very busy and backed up so it will be a much longer wait? People can decide for themselves if they are willing to wait or not. Instead I tried for 20 minutes to call, I drove 10 minutes from work and then I'd have to wait another hour. That's enough to make anyone annoyed. I simply walked out instead of making a scene. VERY disappointed with the one pizza place we use for home and the one we tell 194 residents to use at work."

"Digusting! Beware do not order from them. I ordered something small on purpose because of there reviews. They couldn't even COOK chicken tenders. Very disgusting and cold, LOOKS LIKE HE WAS EATING FROM IT CAUSE THE BOX WAS COLD AND GREASY! DONT ORDER FROM HERE RUN!"

"I never normally have any issue when I get wings from Marks, I always order well done and they understand the assignment. However last night I ordered a med pizza and wings “extra well” when I received them the skin was soft. They sent another box of wings to make up for the first batch but those were soft as well. For the first time ever I was disappointed completely."

"Ordered two cheese pizzas tonight and this is what we received. I know speed is important in this industry but I'd actually wait longer for a quality product that shows that time and care went into it. Please be better."
