"Will give loans and act courteous. However, I was offered a refinance on my truck with "Money back and lower interest" is what I was told. I owed 2 years on it and when we sat down I specifically stated I wanted a pre-computed loan and not an interest bearing loan. I was told several time it was X amount of payments for X amount of months, which is not interest bearing. It is my fault for not checking closely, but they lied and now I have paying on this loan and still owe 2 years. The more I pay the less it seems to drop. In the end I could have bought 5 trucks. Wish I would have stayed with Capitol One and it would be paid for a long time ago. I will not use them again. Of course I will be retired by the time it is paid."
