"I would like to know what is happening with this pharmacy, you used to be a great role model. On Monday, I came to pick up medicine for my mother, they told me that three medicines were ready and that we would have to wait half an hour for the fourth medicine. I told them no problem, I will come back on Tuesday, but I didn't make it on Tuesday to come, I came on Wednesday, you won't believe it, I got the same answer, wait half an hour, the medicine will be ready. I understand that sometimes they are very busy, but I don't understand how they tell the customer what suits them and don't do their job. So I would like to ask the manager to sort out the relationship with the customers."

"Do not go here for a rapid covid test.Their rapid test still takes 72 hours to get the results because they do not handle the results. They send off the sample. Very disappointed this is not rapid a rapid test takes 15 minutes. Not the first time this pharmacy has disappointed me it seems to becoming a regular thing. Maybe time for a new pharmacy."

"Have always had a friendly staff and great customer service. With the exception of earlier today. There was a newer pharmacist working and made my experience terrible. Was having a conversation with her about my medications and refills. Suddenly she freaks out. Stated that I wouldn’t stop talking and just leave. She said I was making her extremely uncomfortable. It was crazy!! Seriously the conversation was just about my medications. The girl that talks to you at the window was extremely nice and was just looking at the pharmacist like she was crazy as hell. Think she is either taking medication from behind the counter or she needs to be. Thanks for making me feel like it was my fault lady. Good luck to your husband!!"
