"I have had multiple instances in a row of either receiving incorrect items or being outright refused service because I placed a mobile order twenty minutes before arriving. I'm restricted to ordering on my PC, and the location is twenty minutes away from my house. The reason I was prompted to make this review is because the employee, who was rather rude, refused to make my order in the twenty minute window between when I submitted it and when I arrived--and because I arrived three minutes after menus changed, "we can't make your order because we no longer have dinner products ready." My man, there's seventeen full minutes there where you could've made it. There's no policy about that, the order WAS SUBMITTED AND PAID FOR. You cannot refuse orders. I left because I didn't want to start a fuss, but safe to say I don't think I'll be frequenting this location anymore for my midnight snacks."

"Sat in the drive-through line for a half an hour. There was my car, and one other the car in front of me who was waiting at the first window as ordered, which meant they did not take any more orders until hers was ready to go, so we sat in line behind her half an hour for fast food.! The supervisor was extremely rude when I asked what was going on in there why it took so long for fast food, she said we were very busy. There is only two of us in line for a half an hour until the third person came. If two people in her line is a crowd and very busy then I don’t believe she’s capable of being a supervisor in a fast food restaurant."

"Please just avoid this place. Save yourself time, money and grief. If you want to eat bad food, improperly prepared and order completely ignored them be my guest. There employees dont care and will let you know they dont."

"Came here with the family and I was kind of skeptical at first. The lady at the register greeted us and and served our order the way we asked for it. Definitely had a pleasant experience and the baby enjoyed herself."
