We were living in Australia at the time, but kept a Wells Fargo US bank account, so it was slightly complicated. She took great care of us, was professional and super friendly! I am sad that location is closing, but will just be glad to keep working with Pennie."

"Seems pointless to have a local branch when they just tell you to call the 1-800 number then they say you have to go to the local branch to do it. Luckily I got an appointment and Chris did an amazing job and saved the day."

The worst part is that they gave me instructions to get the process done, then refused me a second time. Seriously thinking about dealing with another financial institution!!!%"
