"I ordered a milkshake hot dog and fries. The milkshake was delicious-best in town so far! After 15 minutes I got the hot dog and fries. The fries were undercooked, and the hot dog was undercooked. In Papa Scoops defense, I'm fussy about my hot dogs...must have a toasted roll, and obvious evidence of being blackened on a grill. Would I go back and try something else? ABSOLUTELY!!"

"One of my favorite places to get icecream, pick up dinner, or grab a quick bite. The friendly owners, and of course the daily $5 lunch specials will keep you coming back for more. And don't be fooled by the size of this place because they have a pretty big and delicious variety of ice creams. Would recommend anyone without hesitation."
