He diagnosed the problem and had the part installed the next day. I told him that I've had my dishwasher serviced three or four times from another reputable local company and my dishes still were not Getting clean. He fixed and diagnosed the problem within minutes. If I had only contacted Register Appliance in the first place, it would've saved me a lot of money and frustration!"

"When our dishwasher stopped working I was dreading finding a repair company! I received a recommendation from a neighbor for Register Appliance. I went on their website at 10PM and submitted a request for service through the incredibly easy process. We had a technician at our house by 10am the next morning ! Jose was polite and professional. "I put it a request at 9:30AM to have a handyman come out and fix the belt on my dryer. By 3:30, Christian was at my home heading to the basement to fix the problem. He was respectful and timely, he fixed the belt on the dryer so fast I couldn’t believe it! $250 was the total cost, and entirely worth it! One year warranty on the belt and 90 days on the labor. $100 to have someone come out to diagnose and $150 for parts and labor to fix. I’d say that’s well worth it! I’m back to my pile of dirty clothes and happy as can be!!!!!!! Thank you Register Appliance Services and Christian!"

"Was very impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment (within 2 days), how professional everyone was (Jose is very professional, explained things clearly), and most importantly ... l wasn't pressured into making a decision about making the repair before Jose left (have 3 months to decide to make repair, without incurring another trip charge!). If we decide to make the repair, they can get the part and do the repair in 2 days. This type of service is unheard of these days!!! Will definitely use these guys again!"
