"We had a great experience with Dunn. We had a flat tire on our way from Rochester to Connecticut. We were taken to Dunn. Turns out all four tires were very worn down and they recommended replacing them for safety purposes (for now on we have to be more careful about watching our tires). They replaced them all and tested in record time and we were able to safely return to Connecticut that evening. We can’t thank Dunn enough for their expertise and customer care - they are highly recommended."

"I use Dunn Tire in Gates when I need tires. I really appreciate that they give you the real cost up front. They DON'T nickel and dime you at the end with hidden fees and miscellaneous charges (like "shop fees" and "material handling") that some other auto shops sneak in after the work is finished. They include all possible services (like alignment) in the estimate and don't charge you if it turns out you don't need them done. Honesty and fairness will always keep me coming back."

"I recently had an appointment at Dunn Tire, Gates, NY location. I had a tire that was losing air and made an appointment to have the tire repaired. The person at the counter was very nice and pleasant to deal with. They took my car back and after only a few minutes, she came out and said, “I have bad news, the tire cannot be repaired.” She then went on to tell me that all four tires would have to be replaced as the tread was way down on them. I told her that couldn’t be true as this was a 2022 Jeep with less than 14000 miles on it. She said that it was true because they don’t put very good tires on new vehicles and I really should replace them. She also said that it was because I had 4-wheel drive. I refused and said I would have to think about it. The technician came out and reiterated that the tire couldn’t be repaired as it had not one, but two nails in the sidewall that made it not repairable. The cost of the four tires was upwards of $800. I left there and made an appointment with another garage a few days later . I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a repaired tire that had a nail in the top of the tire not in the sidewall that was repairable. This was my experience with them. I would not recommend them for anything but if you decide to go there, just be mindful of what they may be trying to “sell” you!!"

"I arrived at this location without an appointment. I had a tire that was loosing air fast. They were extremely busy, yet they squeezed me in and within 20 minutes started to work on my vehicle. They plugged the tire and I was out the door in less than an hour. They, (and I truly mean), the whole team was friendly, professional, and accommodating. And at a fair and reasonable price. Truly a great experience. I would highly recommend this location and if needs arise, I would not hesitate to use this location."
